Paper Support One is an executive search agency solely focused on the paper, board and tissue industry in Europe. Founded in 1995, we have been servicing many multinationals in the industry. Our focus is on the recruitment of candidates in the knowledge axis: job positions for which specific industry knowledge is essential e.g. operations, production, technology, etc. We have developed and maintained a vast network among professionals in the industry. This gives us the capability to quickly identify potential solutions for your organisation. Because in the end, we understand that a paper mill needs to keep running and time is of the essence.

Executive search is the foundation of our business. Over the years, our consultants have helped numerous paper and board companies build their management teams. We focus on job positions which require specific industry knowledge, like Mill Directors, Operations managers, Production-, Maintenance-, Engineering- and Technology managers. With deep industry and functional knowledge, we help you find the right person for the job and together we will have a lasting impact on your organisation. Interim management
We can supply interim managers to take over for a specific period of time or to contribute a particular type of expertise that an organisation lacks, perhaps only temporarily. Our interim managers can for example assist your organisation when facing a reorganisation or striking out on a different course. Most importantly, our managers add value to your organisation on a broad spectrum of issues, such as management of operations, change, maintenance, etc. We have a group of approximately twenty experienced managers working interim management assignments. All of our managers have numerous years of relevant work experience in the paper industry.
Graduate programs
Attracting young talent is essential for your future planning. Paper Support One has a track record in recruiting young talents for the industry. In Europe only a few universities provide Master Degrees for Paper and Packaging technology. In the past years we have built up a good relationship with those universities. We know exactly how to approach the graduates and we are well-connected with the student associations. We are able to recruit Master Degree students with an education background in the knowledge axis of the paper industry. Matches are based on competences, culture fit, management potential and ambition.
