Burgo, a leading European paper producer, with a strong presence in the graphic and packaging paper industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Benelux to drive growth and strengthen client relationships across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Function
Your Role:
- Sales Growth & Market Development – Manage and expand the company’s presence in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Customer Relations – Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with the internal sales team
- Market Insights & Product Development – Conduct market analysis and propose innovative product solutions
- Reporting & Coordination – Work closely with the regional office in Paris to align on strategy and business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial materials (preferably in the paper or packaging industry)
- Native Dutch/Flemish speaker
- Good knowledge of the French language is a pre
- Degree-level education
- Strong reporting, Excel, and CRM skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and accurate in planning and follow-up
- Loyal, analytical, flexible, and committed— a true go-getter!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker and a strong team player
- Willing to travel approximately 50-60% of the time across Benelux
- Home-based in the Benelux region
