1. Who are we?

2. What personal data do we process?
When you apply for a job with us, we may process the following personal data:
- Identification and contact details (name, address, phone number, email address);
- Information from your CV and cover letter (education, work experience, skills);
- Correspondence during the recruitment process;
- Results of any assessments or tests;
- Data from pre-employment checks (e.g. work permit, references, credit check where applicable).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

4. Retention periods
- Application data: up to 4 weeks after the recruitment process has ended.
- With consent: up to 1 year for future job opportunities.
- Employment contract: if you are hired, your data will be added to your personnel file and subject to statutory retention periods.
After the retention period expires, your data will be deleted or anonymised.
5. Who do we share your data with?
We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary:
- With our clients (when the application concerns a role with that client);
- With service providers who support us (e.g. providers of recruitment software or assessment agencies);
- With competent authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.
We conclude data processing agreements with all parties that process personal data on our behalf.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Your data is processed exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure. Examples include access control, encryption, logging, and limited access rights for staff.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data;
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may update this privacy statement from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on our website. In case of significant changes, we will actively inform applicants.
